Before we act, we pray. We want to be a church that listens to the Holy Spirit and follows wherever He may lead.

We recognize that we need Jesus in everything. We are not building the church in our own strength. Jesus is the One who builds His church, so we seek Him first.
| Prayer is how we care for one another.
We carry one another’s burdens through prayer. We believe God comforts, strengthens, heals and encourages His people as we pray together.
“I am the vine; and you are the branches. The one who remains in me and I in him produces much fruit, because you can do nothing without me.” (John 15:5)

Sunday Morning Prayer
Every Sunday | 7:30-8:15AM
Before we gather on Sundays, we gather to pray. Each Sunday, we seek God’s direction, listen to the Holy Spirit and ask Him to work in and through Citylight Kearney.
Prayer & Worship Nights
Last Wednesday of Every Month | 6:30PM
A monthly gathering where we slow down, worship Jesus and seek Him together through prayer and worship.
Prayer Mornings
Throughout the Year | During Gathering Time
We pause our normal rhythms and dedicate our gathering time to grow in prayer. These Sundays are an opportunity to learn how to pray together responding to God with reverence, response, request and readiness.
